The reason it works at your network, one of the reason is that your scanner device is not controlled by the AD. All computer and device at my house are secured by the AD. Therefore, the outside SMTP does not support domain name based SMTP but the IP address is based SMTP. Currently both emails which have been using both DLINKs and ORS ( CA) have been successfully receiving data since 2003. You need to provide me the Static IP address by which your YULANE.NET Exchange Service is configured ( currently WDI's is 208.57.56.55). If this device is internal, means part of domain, perhaps the device is required to use internal such as 192.168.55.39 where my Exchange server is configured at School. Please do so. Configure it on http://192.168.55.158/index.htm?cat=settings &page=emailSenderProfile using your External IP address able to let bhhd@yulane.net receiving the email. 2. Even you have improved the storage quote, the document library does not receive the data. Question: Can you send me the Screen Print for me to understand where did you go to configure the data storage. Accordingly, it is supposed to be done by SQL and not longer WSS anymore. Please do so.
